I made the Moving selector a little more specific than just href*="moving" so it won't accidentally catch moving-guides. Both Moving and Moving Guides will end up the same blue anyway, but this keeps the CSS tidy.

One little catch: CSS normally can’t say “if the text says Storage, make it orange.” We need to see what HTML Elementor is generating, because WordPress/Elementor may already be putting a category-specific class or URL/slug in there that we can target. If it is, this becomes dead easy and fully automatic.

There’s one snag visible in your previous screenshot: Link = No on the Categories item. With links off, Elementor gives us category text like Storage, but CSS cannot reliably say “if the text says Storage, make it orange.”

Next I’d do Delivery, Disposal, and Moving Guides just to confirm their colours are set the way you want, then we can tighten the card typography/spacing to match the mock-up even more closely.

The important part is: the thing you changed is the Loop Layout container, not the individual Loop Item. That’s why it suddenly started behaving properly.

And I need to correct what I just told you about Wrap: those controls you're looking at belong to the Loop item itself, so changing Wrap there isn't going to arrange the generated posts. We need to change the layout one level above the individual Loop item.
